What is Concierge Level Service?

It is exactly what it sounds like, only specific to your website and internet presence, such as spam control, email addresses, and auto responders. In short, it means you do no maintenance. You skip the whole "Training" period and go directly to using your site. Any content you need added or modified is handled via email. You send it, we do it. Imagine having a "tech support" department within your company, but not having to actually pay an employee. Like the hotel concierge, you simply put in a call and it is taken care of. Most services that are included have no additonal charge, some specialized services do carry additional charges, but like a five star hotel, you will be made aware of this, BEFORE it is added to the room charge.

How much is hosting?

It's ten bucks. I can come up with silly modification to make it 9.95 - but in all honesty, that is the number used by larger hosts to separate the customers they serve from the customers they merely provide service to. The cost of hosting is about ten dollars no matter WHERE you go, but beware of all of the "inclusions" you will never heard about until you get the bill. GoDaddy offers a GREAT deal for 9.95. But if you are not a web programmer yourself, and decide to use their "smart space" tool to build a website, your 9.95 tuens into almost fifty bucks, pretty quickly. We do not ADD additional costs for making your website usable. We assume that's what you wanted, and we make sure you have it.

Whatever Happened to my Control Panel?

Your control panel is still there, exactly where it was, but it is not as obnoxious as it once was. Now it quietly sits back in the background until you need it.
